Spread shelled walnut halves on a cookie sheet and place in 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes. Remove, let cool for a minute or two and chop in half or thirds.
Mix broccoli slaw and lettuce mix thouroghly together in a salad bowl.
Rinse blueberries and add to the bowl.
Chop pineapple and add to the bowl. (You can use canned pineapple chunks and cut them in half or thirds or use fresh pineapple)
Add goat cheese and walnuts.
Combine 1/4 cup of sugar (regular or cane ), 3/4 C olive oil, 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar, and 2 tbsp poppy seeds for dressing.
Evenly pour over the top of the salad.
Toss salad to combine all ingredients and dressing.
