It’s February…time to make a trip to the ice cream shop!

The big ice cream cone on Woodward Ave is lit! If you missed it over the weekend with all the Superbowl  hoopla, Dairy Deluxe is OPEN for the season!!! Dairy Deluxe is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE soft serve ice cream shop.  It used to be just a few miles away from where I lived and was WAY too easy to take a few excursions every week! More so in the summer, but after it closes at the end of November, when February hits my family and I are there…frigid temps or not!  My favorite thing to get is the turtle(with more caramel than chocolate). There’s also an ice cream pie version of this for the holidays.

A trip to the ice cream shop is on my to-do list for this week! How about you?
