Juicy and Fresh! That’s the lime you want!

JUICY and FRESH…that’s the lime you want! So what do you look for to get one that is just that?

I have one tip that was directly pointed out to me…you want the lime with the thin skin … I was told this indicates it’s going to be a juicy one!…so, while from an emotional standpoint in life it may not be the most beneficial thing to be thin-skinned, when picking a lime, it’s a PLUS!…I imagine this may carry on to lemons and maybe even oranges and grapefruit. So, look for a thin skin when choosing your citrus fruits for a delicious and juicy experience!
